Welcome to Dress Me by Sara, a fashion brand based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
Dress Me by Sara offers exclusive womenswear pieces, each personally designed by Sara with a focus on quality, elegance, and individuality.

2. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the website under parental supervision

  • You will use this website for lawful purposes only

  • You will not misuse, copy, or interfere with the website or its content

3. Product Information

  • All items are subject to availability

  • Many of our designs are limited edition or one-of-a-kind pieces and may not be restocked

  • Each piece is personally designed by Sara and may include handcrafted elements

  • Slight variations in color or fabric may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham)

  • Prices are not subject to VAT (if applicable, this may change in the future)

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Bank Transfer

  • QR Code (Tabby may be added in the future)

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently offer delivery within the UAE only.

  • Delivery fee: 30 AED.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

  • Dress Me by Sara is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our designs:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless:

    • The item received is incorrect, or

    • The item is clearly damaged.

If applicable:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging.

Approved cases may be eligible for:

  • Exchange, or

  • Store credit only.

No cash refunds will be issued. Custom or personalized orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of Dress Me by Sara. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dress Me by Sara is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

  • Delays caused by third-party services.

  • Minor inaccuracies on the website.
